We have total control over the growing environment from the lighting spectrum, temperature, humidity, CO2, air flow, and so much more. Creating reliable, consistent yields and flavors so customers get the same great product every single time.

Leafy Greens
Our finest leafy greens are grown in vertical towers optimizing space with the ability to produce an acre worth in a couple hundred square feet. There is a wide variety of what we can grow in these towers. Our current focus is on leaf lettuce and baby kale so we can optimize our system to grow the very best greens available year-round.
Microgreens
The micro versions of some of your favorite produce items. We offer a diverse selection of microgreens including purple radish, sunflower, broccoli, cilantro, beets, swiss chard, peas, sorrel, and a salad mix. All with their own unique flavors, aesthetics, and uses. These can be used as a compliment to our leafy greens as part of salads, sandwiches, smoothies, pastas, and a whole lot more.
